This week we are only training on Sunday, if you want to do a secret session you can but remember that Hardwood is closed.
Sunday - 9:30 am ski workout at Mount St. Louis.
We are going to dig out our rock skis and head on over to mount St. Louis, Kieran has a cool workout planned which should be a good agility workout.
Zoe is going to be downhill skyke skiing this week and is going to let us know how it works
