June 15-21

Hi All

Thanks for your great help this weekend, we ended up raising a good amount of money that will help to keep the dream alive.

Here is the plan for the week

Wednesday - Ryan, Kieran and Madi at Hardwood and Bella at Downsview

You will take them through the strength workout then head over to the lower part of 6th line do do a sprint workout on roller skis.  You all have workouts planned and tons of time to do them, please do not ask me when you will do your workout.

Thursday at 4 pm we are going to meet at hardwood for a roller ski, Ryan and Kieran have 30 min warm-up then Natural intervals, Bella and Madi just have distance.  I am going to do a tech session for the first 30 min then video Kieran and Ryan on their Natural Intervals.

Saturday and Sunday we will be up at the Farm House - I want to make it perfectly clear that you are running this training weekend.  Bella is arranging the food and I have put together a plan   Together you have to come up how we are going to fill the gaps.  Ryan has an exam on Monday so he may not be available on Sunday he will let us know on Thursday.
