Hi All
This is the first post of the year,
At this point we are not officially training so there is no official workout plan. I would like you to be physically active for about an hour a day. That could be basket ball, mountain biking, boxing whatever. The idea is that we hit the ground running in May for the Canmore camp.
A couple of things that I want to get done before the end of May
1. One on One season review and planning session
2. Travel plans for the year
3. Official press release of the team complete with team photo and head shots
Cool News
Tristan Markov has offered to help with the Elite team strength and conditioning. Tristan is very passionate about strength and conditioning, he is going into his third year of Kin and has his PTS certificate.. What makes Tristan a good fit is that he understands the movement of a cross country skier which has always been a challenge with strength and conditioning coaches. I will be working with Tristan and will introduce him to the national strength and conditioning coach so that he has a connection with the National program.
John Monette has offered to help with the team, he is going to help us in the wax room and on trips he is really excited to be part of this team and bring a great experience in waxing and elite athlete support.
