Pretty mixed week this week
Madi - I have upped your hours a little but reduced intensity, you will be on a regeneration week next week.
Kieran - you are on Base + for volume with a slightly reduced intensity, please make sure your Z1R workouts are as specified
Bella - you are on a regen week, next 5 weeks will be higher volume to build capacity for the fall
Ryan - you are on a regen week, key workouts are intensity if you do a slight reduced volume that is preferable
Zoe - you are on a slight reduced volume with 2 intensities, I would like 3 orthostatic tests to see how we are doing
Ryan and Kieran I have given you the same intenstiy day as Joey (Saturday) so that you can do that workout with him if you like. He has skate on his plan and I am cool with that

Weekend is no team training because of the long weekend, I am around on Wednesday evening and Thursday evening if you want to email me to go for a training session.
