August 3-9

Hi All

So hope everyone is a little more rested and ready to go

Kieran I gave you a base like we discussed with 2 intensities, the strength is in the arms only and legs only workouts, should be manageable

Bella - adding a bit of volume and 2 intensities, we will take it up slowly over the next 4 weeks

Madi -  Tons of volume, make sure you are doing all of your Z1 in low zone 1 so that we get the volume and still have good intensities.  Same as Kiearn all of the strength is in the roller sking

Ryan - Chilling for the first part of the week and winding into it.

Zoe - pretty mellow week with some longer skis, keep the pace slow so that you go into your trip next week 100%


I am completely juiced about the awesome training you are all doing, keep up the great work

This weeks training

Wednesday - Roller ski race at Downsview 7pm and $5 entry

Sunday - 7:30 am Hardwood - Skate roller ski session where we will be doing a pacing session before the team training session.

Sunday 12pm Hardwood - Wax clinic continued, I would like you there to help out
