OK honestly it took me 4 hours to do your programs, I am trying to optimize each of you so please review the schedule and let me know if it fits. Please try to follow it as best as possible so that I can see how this is working. Remember that this is the reference for when we do this in January so I want to get a good feeling if the 5-1-3-1-1 works.

The parking day will start to wind down around 10 and I would like to be training by 10:30 if possible. Madi and Kieran if you can plan on doing your morning workouts on Saturday at 7 -9am then you can help coach the Saturday session.
