June 27 - July 3

Hi All

So this is your free-style week, this is where you become the coach and athlete.

When you are setting your week try to take into account how you feel coming off of the previous week, where you should build in recovery.

Next training block will be very similar hours to the last one with added intensity, you will have 3 intensities a week on the lower weeks and 2 on the higher weeks.

You have all done an amazing job so far, keep up the great work.
