Great week, you should all be super happy with how the month is going.
This week is a base minus which means that you have 3 strength workouts ( double pole for Madi and Bella) this week and 1 intensity. It is very important that we try to stick close to the training for this week. so that I can get an accurate picture on this test cycle.

Tuesday - Mount St. Louis Double pole 6pm - roller ski stengthWednesday - Hardwood 5pm - Team training - Intensity - bidwell time trial
Thursday - 6am Hardwood - 2 hr Distance
Saturday - 9am team training Hardwood - distance mountain bike ride - downhill techique
Training Plan
Strength - Kieran and Ryan
Do double pole strength on Tuesday, then on the other days do a warm-up on roller skis followed by 10 X 10 sec sprints on roller skis the go into a power endurance type strength using Roller board, TRX and body weight. Stay away from the weights this week.
