June 13 - 19

Hi All

We are all in for a big week this week, the weather looks good with some heat on the weekend.  Please make sure you are getting proper recovery between sessions.


Recovery

Food - make sure you are eating enough calories
Hydration - get a good mix of water and electrolytes so that you stay hydrated
Sleep - 8 to 10 hours at night and a nap during the day is ideal


Team Training

Tuesday - 6am Hardwood - Roller ski - double pole
Wednesday - 5pm Team training - roller ski and strength
Thursday - 6am 5th line - natural intervals
Saturday - 9am Hardwood - team training distance ski
