We have a base week coming up and as it works out you are all pretty much on 15 hours.
I had a great discussion with Robin and got some great technique and training points that we will tryout and see how they fit.
I put my training on the side incase anyone wants to join me for anyother session, (I will change what I am doing to fit your training)

Tuesday - 6 PM Hardwood - Roller ski natural intervals on the 5th line, I will do video
Wednesday - 5pm Hardwood - Team Training - Strength (movement, plyo, body wt & core)
Thursday - 6 PM Roller ski Time trial Downsview - Skate and surprise format
Saturday - 9 AM Team Training - Long distance Roller ski - MSL loop
Sunday - Parking
