May 30 to June 5

Hi All

Thanks for the great training camp on the weekend, it was Hot but everyone seemed to survive and we got all of the training sessions in.

** The weeks are set-up this month in a very calculated step fashion to assess your ability to handle a base load of training, please try to stick to the program as tightly as possible this month, this information will be super important in July, August and September.

Tuesday 6-8pm Hardwood - Roller ski technique then Strength
Wednesday 5-6:30pm Hardwood (Team training Agility on roller skis and core)
Wednesday 8-9pm Hardwood meeting
Thursday 6-8am Rise and Grind Roller ski session (double pole) bidwell parking lot - light zone 2 / 3 intensity
Saturday - 9am at Hardwood Team training - I will be in Ottawa
