Hi All

Looks like training is going well, great work!
We have the camp this weekend, the information is below, I am looking for help where you see your name.  If there is a conflict if you can let me know that would be great.

Workouts this week


Wednesday - 5pm at Barrie South shore centre - Strength and fun run  We are going to meet at 5, do a little warm-up, some upper body strength and core then the fun run.  - Jenn, Ryan, Madi

Thursday 6pm Hardwood - Strength - body weight

Testing camp Schedule

Saturday 

9am - Meet at Farm house get settled in
10am - Technique session with Elite team athletes on double poling - Ryan, Bella, Madi, Joey
12pm - Lunch
1pm - Mount St. Louis Hill Run then Roller ski back to Farm House
5pm - Pasta dinner
Bonfire, movie and fun

Sunday 

7:30 am - Morning run & stretch then Breakfast
9:00 am - Testing (Erg step test, 60 m dash, verticle, flexibility)
11:00am - Lunch
11:30 - 3pm - Distance workout with coaches - Ryan, Bella, Madi, Joey, Kieran
4pm Pick-up at Farmhouse

Things you will need

Sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow 
Roller skis, boots, poles, helmet, bright shirt, water belt
Hill running poles, running shoes, 
Lunch for Saturday
Snacks and sports drinks
Clothes (lots....they are calling for rain so bring lots of socks and extra running shoes)

Menu for Camp - Cooking Bella, Madi, Kieran, Ryan

Saturday Dinner - Pasta Dinner and Sauce, bbq'd chicken breasts, bread, salad
Sunday Morning - Cereal, Fruit, Oat meal, Juice, Boiled Eggs
Sunday Lunch - Grilled cheese, pasta, sauce

***There will be gluten free pasta and bread but if you have other dietary restraints then please bring food that you can eat so that you are full fueled for the workouts.
