Amazing job last week, it was hot and it took a lot of discipline to get good recovery and get your training in.
This week we are dropping the hours a little but remember that it will still feel tough so make sure you do the following
- Get really good recovery
- Keep the slow training super slow
- Be mindful of your fatigue and pull the plug if it is too much

Saturday 7:30 AM - Hills ( we need to do this before team training at 9)
