Great work, amazing start to the season. We are about half way through our dry land season and it would be great if we could get together individually and check in to make sure we are on track. A couple of questions I have are;

Full-body tired vs Training tired - tell me an indicator, have you felt either? when?
Here is a rough plan for the next 3 months
August - increase volume about 5% from July, reduce intensity to 2X per week
September - keep volume constant and increase intensity to 3X per week
October - increase volume 10%, from August - reduce intensity
