Here is the plan for September
Week 1 - Base - get back into training (2 intensities, 2 strengths)
Week 2 - Base + with 3 intensities (2 races if you want to do the FIS race and climb to the castle)
Week 3 - Bigger hours (2 intensities, 2 strengths)
Week 4 - Base + with (3 intensities, 2 strengths)
Your hours should be about the same as August

Wednesday Hardwood 5pm - Team meeting then Strength - Starting with weights
Thursday Hardwood 5pm - 90 min roller ski with team
Saturday 9am at MSL - MSL hill test & Erg in afternoon
