Sorry for the late post, I have had to think long and hard about this week.  Please keep the Z1 quite slow with a few little pick-ups in the workout so that you are not always going slow.

Tuesday - 6pm Hardwood  All Team Strength Endurance workout
Wednesday - 5:30 pm Elite team training Mount st louis Z3 roller ski intervals
Saturday 9am - Hardwood Team training (Joey, Ryan, Tristan) Z4 intervals
