Hi All
So I was really happy with the sprint intervals and the Bidwell Z3/4 was perfect
Looks like everyone is on target with their training which is great.
This week is pretty standard, there is a camp on the weekend but I am not scheduling you in for it.
Training this week
Tuesday 3:30pm - Hills on the 6th, I would like to try a zone 3 hill session on the 6th line hill
Wednesday 3pm - I will be at Hardwood if you want to do strength there with the team
Saturday 9am - Hardwood - Sprint workout with the team - get Alec, Declan and Finn chasing you
Sunday 8am - Hardwood distance - If you want the team is doing distance
Keep the slow easy zone 1, I am making sure we are healthy and fit going into Frozen Thunder which will prepare us for Norway
