From what I have seen we are mostly on the mend, I am still being a bit cautious as we move through this transition phase to snow.
Much more emphasis on cardio and less on strength
this week we have the sprint workout on Tuesday and Bidwell time trial on Saturday
Training this week
Thursday - 4-5pm Hardwood - Roller ski - technique skate
Saturday - 9am- 12pm Hardwood - Roller ski skate - Bidwell time trial with team
