Oct 3 - 9

Hey All

So good week, I think that we are getting back to feeling better, it has been a big year so far now we are 6 weeks from Norway it is important all of our training is done right and monitored.

I will be introducing a sub maximal test this week that each of you will do so we have a baseline, it will help us get an idea of the training effect.

Reminders


  • All Zone 1 training is super slow
  • Strength training is not anaerobic at all

Training this week


Tuesday - Hardwood 5pm the team is doing a Natural interval on roller skis, I will use this time to check out technique.

Wednesday - Hardwood 6pm - Strength for those of you who can make it I will be there

Thursday - Hardwood 5 PM The team has roller ski and roller ski strength if you want to join in

Friday - 4pm Mount St. Louis - You are going to do 3 laps of MSL hill, solid Z4 workout

Saturday - 9am Mount St. Louis - You are going to do 3 laps of MSL hill, solid Z4 workout

Sunday - 8am Hardwood - Distance Roller ski - classic
