Sorry for the late post, I have been going pretty solid and needed to chill

Basically we are tuning for the Nationals

Goals

#1. full recovery between workouts
#2 Maintain speed
#3 full recovery after travel

Please keep your sportlog up-to-date so that I can monitor it and make tweaks as necessary

At the moment no plan to go to Midland, just focus on the training sessions
