There is nothing like being sick to make you appreciate being healthy. To Heck with the crap weather, just put on the right clothes and go out and enjoy it.
This week it is all about active rest. this is not a training week, this is the calm before the storm... that is the storm that you are going to bring on everyone at Nationals.
Feel the spring air and take it where it leads, if you feel like going for a ski, roller ski, bike or run then that is the right thing to do
If you feel like do doing 10 sets of max curls so you have the guns ready for nationals then you might be off base a little....only do 5 and make them 2 times max... because everyday that end in "day" is arms day.
This week we are enjoying the few days we have before we go and race our guts out, so a little game of pick-up with your buddies, a rollerblade with your mom or a run with your dog its all good.
When you get to Whitehorse it is all about the rest and getting on skis and seeing the course.

I would love if everyone could come to my house and help me put the wax supplies together to distribute, I have been out of commission for a couple of days and got a little behind.
We can go for a run or maybe a ski at Hardwood when we are done.
I am thinking around 5 would be great
