April 24 - May 1

Hi All

I am in Hatteras when this gets posted

This is the last week of April which means that by next week it would be good if you were used to doing about 12-15 hours per week.

I would recommend mixing it up this week for time, activity and terrain so that you are fresh when the season kicks off.  I know I will be biking, kiting and hiking to get my hours in.

I am still looking at booking the one-on-ones so that we set-up objectives for each training block this season to keep everything fresh.
