May 9 - 15

Hi All

So it looks like everyone is full swing into training,

We would like to Welcome Jenn and Scott to the team, we will be doing a formal announcement soon to name all the team members.

Training this week is pretty open, I have put together a plan but this is the time of year that I let you push the limits a bit so that we find the balance point.  Feel free to modify the plan as you feel, if you are zonked then take a day off, if you have some energy then you can add a little.  Remember small adjustments are better.

I am booking the WJT / U23 accommodation this week so please let me know your input.
