Team Training this week


Tuesday - PM - session with Jack and Ron - bring your skate skis this will depend on weather this will be followed by a potluck

Wednesday - 5pm Hardwood - distance and strength - bring your skate skis and classic poles

Thursday-5pm Hardwood- Skate

Saturday 12pm - Hardwood - Sleep in Saturday, Afternoon session we will do distance and some classic technique followed by some double pole strength and core.

Sunday 9am Hardwood - Group distance ski bring both Classic and Skate
